Shipping & Handling Policy

At Geek Bar Central, we prioritize delivering your orders swiftly and reliably. Below is our shipping and handling policy to give you a clear understanding of what to expect when shopping with us.

Shipping Timeframes:

We offer 1-4 business day shipping for all orders. If you place your order by 5 PM EST, we aim to process and ship it the same day. Please note that actual shipping times may vary depending on factors such as your location, holidays, and weather conditions.

Handling Time:

Orders may require up to 1 business day for processing before being shipped. While we work to ensure your order leaves our facility as quickly as possible, please factor in this handling time when estimating your total delivery time.

Non-Shipping Days & Holidays:

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays. Please consider this when calculating your estimated delivery date.

Adult Signature Required:

For all orders, an adult signature is required upon delivery. This ensures that your products reach you safely and securely.

Physical Address Requirement:

We only ship to physical addresses and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

Shipping Delays:

Although we work closely with our shipping partners, unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally occur. While we do our best to keep you informed, Geek Bar Central cannot be held responsible for delays that are outside of our control.

Order Protection:

For extra security, we offer Route protection on all shipments. This protection ensures your order in the event it is lost or stolen during transit. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please submit a claim with Route protection to resolve the issue.
